The following is a sample of a seated dinner menu. We custom-design every menu, but this may help to give you a sense of what we can do for you.

Passed Hors d'oeuvres

Spicy grilled shrimp
with a chili-ginger sambal

Diced red and golden beets
with gorgonzola on endive spears

House cured tuna pastrami
with grainy mustard aïoli
and fried capers

Sesame chicken shao mai
with a Chinese sherry dipping sauce

Thinly sliced lamb on brioche
with mint aïoli

Seated Starter

Reblochon flan
with a roasted Bosc pear
and watercress salad
with morel vinaigrette

A selection of housemade crackers
